Michael Jackson - Stranger In Moscow (The Todd Terry Remixes Pt.2)

Here's MJ's single "Stranger In Moscow" club remixes done by none other than the well known legend we know as Todd Terry. I still have the hard to find 12" promo which I decided not to open. So, I'm putting up the CD versions.*the pic above is for the vinyl 12". But the picture CD sleeve is just about the same and I still don't have my cam. Yet. :P. Anyhow, There were 4 parts in all. 2 of which were by Terry. One was a Hani & another one had R&B mixes. Anyway, I have pt.1 of the Todd Terry remixes somewhere in one of those "encyclopedia with a zipper" packs. My fave from these remixes from Pt.2 are the 'Frozen Sun Club' & the 'Danger Dub' mixes. I've been rocking the MJ tracks and remixes as of late. I used to hear alot of MJ even before his untimely death. I'll miss his stuff for a very long time. Damn, we don't know what we got 'til it's gone.....R.I.P. MJ! =(

Here's another of B.G.s' hit track. Awhile ago I posted his other single called "Take Control Of The Party". "This Beat Is Hot" song is possibly my best guilty pleasure, lol. I was coming home today from the gym and my iPod started playing this then I thought "oh, snap,lol". I wanted to put this up awhile back but forgot. It was the dope beat from the song that caught my attention way back when. It's a fun track. I enjoy it from time to time. So, here you go. Enjoy!

Jaydee - Plastic Dreams

After 12inchJunkies "You Don't Know Me" post I had to go find my 12" of this track. I couldn't find it and had a whole shelf crack me in the head, lol. So, I had to look for my CD single of it which was still wrapped. The CD has the same amount of tracks but 2 tracks more than the 12". Anway, Here's a track that doesn't need no introduction. A huuuuge, huge hit in clubs. A slammin' track that when the start of the song it will surely make everyone aware of it on the dance floor. Produced, remixed and composed by Robin "Jaydee" Albers. I think I was working at a Blockbuster video store when someone popped in this track at the time, lol. I remember hearing this the first time and loved it. B.G. The Prince Of Rap - Take Control Of The Party

I never got much,or at all, into B.G. The Prince Of Rap. Primarily because I didn't think he had much credibility to be a rapper to begin with, IMO. But did dig his "This Beat Is Hot" track because of the beat was hot, lol! Anyway, this cd single I got at the time is because, hey: MAW & Todd Terry. 'nuff said, no? I'm digging more the "Sinister Dub" than the others. What do y'all think? Enjoy!
Here's a little about B.G.:

"B.G. the Prince of Rap sang in stage productions and choirs while growing up in Washington, D.C., but enrolled in the military soon after graduation. By 1985, he was serving in Germany, and gradually became interested in rap instead of the R&B he had listened to as a child. He began performing in Frankfurt, and won several rapping competitions; his first single, "Rap to the World" (given dancefloor energy by Jam & Spoon's Jam El Mar and second producer Stefan Benz), scored in German clubs. "This Beat Is Hot," B.G.'s second single, hit number six on the country's charts and crossed over to America as well, reaching number 35. It gained him a contract with Epic Records, who released his album, The Power of Rhythm, in 1992. A sophomore effort, This Is How We Do It, was released two years later."
