Rest In Peace Michael... Special Tribute Mix

Here's a special Tribute mix done by DJ Riddler of some of Michael Jackson Greatest Tunes, He will surely be missed and was a big inspiration to many of us. I grew up listening to his music as a child and my birth day is the same as his August 29th...I even had that red jacket he wore in the thriller video (Don't Laugh). But all jokes aside this is a great lost and he will always be remembered as the King Of Pop!---12inchjunkie

im still at a loss and can't quite understand how he's gone. He's done so much with music and all his contributions to charities and other things. Forget all the accusations thrown his way. he is missed, he is loved, and I think this is another blow to real music as todays artists(wannabes) can never touch this mans legacy.i know he will rest in peace and finally be happy as he was never was in this life. will miss you always mj and your music will always be enjoyed for many years by your fans, real music lovers, and house djs everywhere. As his song from the dangerous album states he is gone to soon. I know this is not a post of music but i know everyone on this blog can understand and cherish this. this video hits home.

i wanted to post this here also as the post i did for some reason the words wont stay up.

When I was home I was listening to the death of Farrah Fawcett and thought damn, may she R.I.P. and not suffer no more. Then I was 'Twittering' and read a headline that MJ died! My heart dropped. I felt like I was having a heart attack. Something I never felt like. Nothing can explain it I don't think. It's like a family member past and the shock hits you like "Whoa!". I am still a little numb. I'm not ashamed to say that I did shed a tear upon some memories of seeing Michael Jackson back in the days to his death. As a kid I remember dancing at a birthday party to MJ's "Beat It" in front of everyone. Heck I remember putting on someones winter glove. I remember that night like it was last week. I'm glad that I was also able to get an authentic autographed picture of MJ. Now, on Ebay you'll find loads of people bidding. Before, no one gave two sh*ts about him. And the prices are unbelievably high.
I'm also glad that I got to see him
perform live @ MSG. A day before 9/11. My friend who I went with to that concert called me to see how I was upon hearing the bad news. MJ set the bar, set the stage for others in the music industry. He will be missed. I'll never forget him. I see him for his artistic/entertainer side. Forget his personal life however bizarre it might've been. He is gone but with his music he'll live forever. From his classics with his brothers to when he went solo. "Gone too soon...."
