Loleatta Holloway - Love Sensation

Absolutely historical acappella! These quintessential lyrics belonged to the super Diva Loleatta Holloway, a real short cut to make this tune a major reference of the Disco era (the finest version must be credited to Shep Pettibone, one of the essential names of the dance music from the seventies and eighties). This acappella had a so huge influence that you could hear Loleatta's lyrics on several other musics all these last years:

The most evident was obviously 'Black Box - Ride On Time' with the eternal samples such as "It's such a good vibration" and, of course, "And time won't take my looove...awaaaaay!" But the shining soundscapes of this track went far, far away. It's easy to remember Cappella's 'Take Me Away' (whose lyrics credits went also to the singer), or Marky Mark & The Funky Brunch with "Good Vibrations".

Besides, there was other producers who collaborated to preserve the memory of Holloway's voice: while Moby's 'Move' borrowed the sample of "You make me feel...So good, so good!", many Drum & Bass producers went on this similar direction - 4 Hero with "Burning", Total Science with "Juicy Fruit" and the hardcore project named Manix also used the acappella on "When You Hold Me Close".
And I'm sure, if you search well, you will find other ones...
